-For release: CHERRY HILL, SEPTEMBER 17th, 2006 School Property taxes in New
Jersey have been a political hot potato for many years. As of this writing, (September 17, 2006,)
Governor Corzine and the state legislature are examining a number of short and
long term solutions to the problem.
This proposal, to provide a lifetime school property tax for seniors
living without school-age children in their homes, should provide a measure of
long-term relief to seniors, while also allowing parents of children to
occasionally lobby for increased school taxes for the general population when
necessary. Read entire proposal

 Funding
the next generation of taxpayers' college
education :
|
Our
mission is to educate our elected representatives
and pass legislation for college loans of $20,000 per year for every
college student, up to $80,000 for a Bacherlor's degree, $40,000
more for a Master's degree, and $40,000 more for a doctorate. These
loans will be repaid after college by a 10% surcharge on the graduate's
income taxes. Parents' contributions are limited to 2% of
income per year per student to a maxium of 5%. (Funded by
private investors as an expansion to the federally chartered Sallie
Mae, this program will require no new taxes for non-students and
cause no increase of the federal
deficit.) entire article here
