3. If your property is a candidate for tax reduction, we will appeal on your behalf. There is no risk, up-front, or out-of-pocket cost to you. If unsuccessful, you owe nothing!

4. If successful, we will provide you the documentation of the new, lower, assessment.

5. We will only bill you the difference between your current high tax and the first year’s lower tax. It won’t cost you a dime more than you would have paid before the appeal. After that, enjoy the savings for years to come.
