Upon receiving payment for the successful reduction of our client's taxes, we will make a donation to recognized  charities where permitted by law!

The fine print:

  1. Charitable donations are fifty dollars. ($50.00) made to the client's choice of a pre-approved chairty posted on our "employee benefits" page.
  2. You must signup AFTER the person you are referring completes our online agreement but BEFORE we appeal their taxes.
  3. We have to have reduced the property taxes for that client by at least $250 to make the donation.  (While there is no guaranty, more than 98% of our successes have been MUCH more than that.)
  4. The property owner must have paid us for the successful results.
  5. Franklin staff decisions on conflicts and elegiblilty is final in all cases.
